The 'Weekend' activities just ended. How are you doing? I did a lot of commercials. The appearance of <Amazing Saturday> has not changed. After the album promotions are over, I'm already worried about the next album. So, I'm thinking about what kind of album I'm going to do and I'm having a meeting. It's a pity that 'Weekend' was a single so it felt rushed.

Isn't it too short to only be active for a week? There are music shows throughout the week, so if you count the number of times, you will be performing on different stages four times a week. That being said, that's quite a lot.

When it comes to Taeyeon, she is famous as a representative of the entertainment industry, 'Houseoonie'. Did you still rest at home this time? Now people around me say “Come out!” Thanks to that, I often went out with half of my chair and half of the other. Not long ago, an employee ID was issued in my name as well. As a result, I went to the company one more time (laughs). I just felt a sense of belonging.

Do you shred your diary regularly? I switched to an iPad a few days ago. Do you still keep a diary these days? I use it every day. I wrote it yesterday and I wrote it today too.

I don't think it's used at night. I don't write my diary as the end of the day. Write down the feelings you feel moment by moment. I use it three times a day. I wrote it three times yesterday too (laughs). At least four lines, as long as ten lines. There are times like that. Time to think a lot. By organizing my work and personal relationships once in a while, I got to know my feelings and thought about the other person once more.

Do you have a password? It's an iPad, so you can open it with your fingerprint. I can only read the diary with my index finger (laughs). The content doesn't matter. Days when I woke up late start like this: “I woke up strangely late.”

What time is it if you wake up strangely late? 10 o'clock, 11 o'clock? I don't sleep in the morning. I usually get up around 6 o'clock. I go to bed around 1 am.

I think it would be too inhuman to start daily life right after waking up at 6 o'clock. It's like rolling around in bed in the morning. You have to lay around for an hour. After relaxing in bed, I unplug the charged machines one by one as soon as I wake up. Take it and change your clothes. Then I do home training right away. No fun, right? (Laughs)

no. I want to say, 'So it's Taeyeon.' It's hard to even exercise once a week. haha. I think you have to exercise every day like a compulsive one. If you miss a day, your conscience will be pierced. I can't exercise every day, but I'm trying to do at least 5 times a week.

What do you watch when you exercise? Youtube? I see food often. I'm a fan of 'Short Mouth Sunshine'. I prefer to chat with him rather than watch him eat. It's like having a conversation. Or I like funny things. Lately, I'm into 'Turquez on the Block'.

How about if you divide the housekeeper into beginner, intermediate, and advanced level as a master level? In the beginning, you invite people. And bring things home. Little by little, something starts to fill the house.

Is decorating your home the same stage? That's intermediate (laughs). Now that we've brought in the things, we're looking at the interior and arranging them. The last step is minimalism. Steps to tidy up the house. 'I'm going to be a minimalist!' From then on, the cleaning becomes more frequent.

So, what stage is Taeyeon at now? 'I'm going to be a minimalist!' step. Things started to get annoying. Ballpoint pens, notes, post-it notes, stickers, etc. are piled up on the table. It would be neat if I just removed it. Why are there so many electronic device charger wires, multi-tabs, and cushions?

Why did you buy so many stationery items? I write in my diary, and I am in the midst of 'daku (diary decorating)'. You cannot buy one sticker. I have to buy two. There is no way to attach one and use it again later. All pens are different in thickness, so you have to buy each type. Because the receipt came out as tall as my height at the stationery store! There are also certified shots. I'm not really funny (laughs).

Do you take a break on the weekend? The 'Weekend' album contains the meaning of taking a break from the repetitive daily life. What does rest mean to Taeyeon? It used to be hard to take a break. I never had a break, so I didn't know how. Just 5 years ago, it was when Girls’ Generation and her solo activities were fierce. I didn't know what to do, and I felt empty and empty. I have a little bit of free time now.

Do you have a favorite atmosphere when you are relaxing at home? Play jazz music without lyrics. Turn off all the big lights and leave the small lights on. At night, roll the curtains wide to reveal the night view. Then, self-massage with a foam roller or a massage ball. Smell and breathe in aroma oil. I live like this

What is your favorite day of the week? There is no weekend. Still, I like the sunset on Friday. On a Friday evening, turn on the music and massage... It will be a little lonely, but it will be comfortable (laughs).

Feeling lonely is inevitable when you are alone. I hear a variety of emotions. I want to be alone, but I don't want to be alone. I guess I was born with loneliness. Now I have to find a way to enjoy it.

'Weekend' has no special high notes or ad-lib sections. Overall, the flow is natural. Is there a reason you approached it differently from the previous songs? I must have wanted something different from what I've shown you so far. When you think of Taeyeon, you think of high notes and singing skills. Now my vibe wasn't like that. How do people always put all their energy into their lives? 'Adriv? I don't need it. I like this flow. Leave it to this flow.' So, I was drawn to the flowing 'Weekend'.

Last August 5th was Girls' Generation's 14th anniversary. Every year in August, it was a party atmosphere, but it was disappointing. This time, in accordance with the current situation, we met with 'Sal', pajamas, and hair tied tight. It was also meaningful to congratulate each other and chat with each other like that.

How do you feel when you look back on Girls' Generation's 14th year? There are a lot of things I said, 'how did I do that', a lot of places I went to, and a lot of things I left behind. So, there are many things to bear in the future.

Do you have a lot of responsibility as a leader? That's great. I'm currently working as a solo artist, but the fact that I'm 'Girls' Generation Taeyeon' hasn't changed, so I'm thankful. I am who I am today because I was Girls' Generation.

Wasn't there a time when 'Middle School 2nd' came when you were promoting with Girls' Generation? It's the 'Gee' era. At that time, I wanted the 'strong' concept. Perhaps there was a desire to be crooked for nothing, I also thought that the music of 'Gee' was shrinking. I said that several times in interviews again. As much as it is said that Taeyeon hates 'Gee'. If you think about it, it was a concept appropriate for that age. It was pretty, like a freshman, fresh and fresh, but I didn't know that.
